Apple Cranberry Walnut Salad

The perfect salad for your fall meal.  When it comes to peeling, coring and slices apples Pizazz has got you covered.  There’s no reason to spend any extra time preparing a meal when there is a gadget that will do it for you!

Salad
  1. 6 cups spring green mix
  2. 1 red apple
  3. 1 green apple
  4. 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  5. 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  6. 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Dressing
  1. 1 cup pomegranate juice
  2. 4 tablespoons Vanilla Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons honey
  4. Scant ½ teaspoon Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt
  5. ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  6. ¼ cup Roasted Walnut Oil
Instructions
  1. Core apples then wedge, or chop. In a large bowl toss together the apples, walnuts, feta and cranberries together.
  2. In a small bowl add dressing ingredients, using an immersion blender emulsify. Alternatively mix all ingredients except oil, slowly drizzle in oil while whisking constantly. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
  3. Plate and finish with another pinch of Vanilla Bean Infused Sea Salt and fresh ground black pepper.
