Naturally gluten free these sweet potatoes are the perfect foil for the goat cheese, dried cranberries and candied nuts. A little drizzle of our favorite Villa Grimelli Balsamic Glaze and Olivelle Blood Orange Olive Oil ties it all together. We recommend baking these on our favorite USA Pan rimmed baking sheet.
