Tuscan Herb Tilapia

With all the holiday foods (and booze) it seems like the calorie count sky rockets the last couple months of the year.  In between all those parties and baking a healthy fish dish is just what weight watchers ordered! This simple tilapia dish takes only 10 minutes to cook and less than 5 to prep!  Add a steamer bag of mixed veggies and you have a nutritious, healthy and very quick dinner! Plus we love that tilapia is a sustainable fish.

  1. 1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  2. 1 Tablespoon Black Magic Seasoning
  3. 1 pound tilapia fillets
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix olive oil and black magic seasoning medium bowl until well blended.
  3. Place fish on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Spread fish with herb olive oil and black magic mixture.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
