In between all those parties and baking a healthy fish dish is just what weight watchers ordered! This simple tilapia dish takes only 10 minutes to cook and less than 5 to prep! Add a steamer bag of mixed veggies and you have a nutritious, healthy and very quick dinner! Plus we love that tilapia is a sustainable fish.
Tuscan Herb Tilapia

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Black Magic Seasoning
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix olive oil and black magic seasoning medium bowl until well blended.
- Place fish on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Spread fish with herb olive oil and black magic mixture.
- Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
